How do I buy a My Business product for the BlackBerry?

No, the desktop applications are free, you only have to pay for the BlackBerry version of each product
How do I put a product on my BlackBerry?
Follow the instructions on the download pages, you can either download the product and transfer it across using the desktop manager or have it sent over the air (OTA) to your handset.
I have run the setup file, where do I find the files to install the application on my BlackBerry?
Provided you have purchased the full version of the application and installed to the default directory, the required ALX file for the Application Loader will be stored under: C:\Program Files\Sprite\[Application Name]\Blackberry\.
More detailed instructions for installing the BlackBerry application can be found in the Readme file that accompanies each application, this is accessible through the Start Menu item.
What if I delete the application from my device? You will need to download the product or transfer it over again.
The application's sync manager shows the 'PC Destination folder and 'Backup folder' fields as just 'C:' or as being blank?
This can occur if you have uninstalled the application without first using the sync manager to Unregister the syncronization plug-in.
Reinstall the desktop application and go to: C:\Program Files\Sprite\[Application Name]\Blackberry\.
Launch the application's sync manager, click the 'Unregister' button and then close the window. Launch the sync manager again make sure that these fields display:
C:\Program Files\Sprite\[Application Name]\Data\ C:\Program Files\Sprite\[Application Name]\Backup\
I am attempting to load a business application on my BlackBerry and I'm getting the error message: 'keypad.gethardwarelayout' not found?
This error message indicates that your BlackBerry's Operating System is not up to date. Contact your operator e.g. Nextel and upgrade to OS 4.1 then try loading the application again.
Can I trial the services?
There is currently no trial for the BlackBerry product, but the desktop version is free for download.

Are the MyBusiness products available for other handsets? Yes they are available for most colour Java enabled handsets, but with an email data option instead of the desktop sync facility. Please email info@sprite.net for more details on where to download them.
I am getting an error message saying: "The following modules could not be loaded because their digital signatures were invalid This problem may occur, if your BES administrator has disabled the option which let you to install third-party applications on your device. You should contact your BES administrator. Once your administrator changes this policy, you should be able to use our business tools
I am getting an error message saying: "Registration Failed" when i Register the Sync add-in. I am running Windows Vista. This problem may occur for Vista users. Turn off User Account Control from the Control Panel for your Windows account and restart your machine. Now Register the Sync Add-in and follow the UserGuide to ensure its ticked in the RIM Desktop Manager. The sync is now active as described and you can turn Vista's User Account Control back on.
